Important LG Rebate Information

LG offers their own rebate programs, often in addition to and concurrently with other rebate programs such as NECO. These rebate programs can explicitly be combined with rebates from other providers, but multiple LG rebate programs cannot be combined unless specifically marked as such in the terms and conditions for the rebate program (found on the rebate form).

LG manufacturer's rebates are almost always package based, and require the purchase of 3 to 4 kitchen appliances, or 2 to 4 laundry appliances, to qualify. All purchases must be on the same invoice, made in the same transaction.

The LG manufacturer's rebate program accepts applications by postal mail, or online via the internet.

Apply For Your LG Rebate Online: Step-by-Step

You will require the following to complete this rebate:
  • A copy of your sales invoice in electronic form. You may use a .pdf supplied to you by our store, use your scanner to create a digital copy, or take a picture of your paper invoice or even take a picture of your screen with your smart phone.
  • The serial numbers from each eligible appliance. For information on locating your serial numbers, click here.
  • A valid email address that you have access to and check regularly. LG requires you to create an account to apply for your rebate online, which in turn requires an email address. Do not use a fake address, since if you forget your account password you will not be able to recover it without email correspondence.
If you do not have these materials, STOP and obtain them. You will not be able to complete this rebate application without the materials above.

Navigate to the web address listed on your rebate form. The landing page will appear as shown below.


Online rebate application requires the creation of an account. Click the large button at the top right labeled "Register" to create an account with LG's rebate center.

If you have already created an account you may skip the next steps, and proceed directly to your rebate entry. Click here to skip to the appropriate step.

Account creation requires the entry of your email address. You must use a valid email address to which you have access and can check regularly.

You must supply a valid email address that belongs to you, you have access to, and can check regularly. Do not enter a fake email address. If you lose your account password and use a fake email address, you will not be able to recover your password or claim your rebates.



After you have entered your email address, click the button marked "Next."

This screen requires the entry of your contact information.


Enter your contact information as requested on the form.

The contact information you enter on this form must match that which is printed on your sales invoice either under "Bill To" or "Ship To," found in either position (C) or position (D) on your invoice. Click here for a diagram of our standard sales invoice. Do not enter any other address or PO box address, or your rebate application will be rejected.



After you have entered the required information, click the button marked "Next."

Acceptance of LG's rebate program terms is required to continue. Take this opportunity to review the address information you entered for accuracy.


Check the box labeled "LG reserves the right to audit... etc." You may optionally uncheck the second box if you do not wish to receive advertising from LG. Unchecking this box does not affect your rebate application or processing time.

Click "Submit" to proceed.

You will receive the following screen, which shows that your account registration is complete. You may record the confirmation number for your records if you desire, however it is not required for any part of your rebate.


Your rebate application is not complete. Continue to the next step for further instructions.

Move on to this step only after you have successfully registered your account with LG, or already have an existing account from a previous purchase or rebate application.

Return to the LG rebate center web site main page by navigating to:

Click the link labeled "Login" in the black bar at the top of the page.


Enter the email address you used to create your account (1), the password you created in the previous steps (2), and then click the button marked "Login" (3).

If you have forgotten your password, click the link below the login button to have your password e-mailed to you. You may also contact the LG rebate center directly for help. Click here for contact information. Do not contact the store for password questions; BigCentric is not your rebate provider and does not have access to your LG account or password.

After you have successfully logged in, click the link labeled "Submit Claims" in the black bar at the top of the screen.

This step requires a copy of your rebate form. Consider the example rebate form below:


Select the option that matches exactly the name of the rebate program printed on your rebate form (1). Do not guess. Selecting the incorrect rebate program will prevent you from completing your rebate application. When you have selected, click the button marked "Next" (2).


Be sure to use the rebate form supplied with your order to select the correct rebate program. Do not refer to refer to the sample image above for the rebate program name, since LG runs multiple rebate promotions on different types of product throughout the year, and the example rebate form above does not necessarily reflect the correct program for your products. The example image is intended only to illustrate where the rebate program name may be printed on your form.

The next screen requires you to enter your purchase date, invoice number, and retailer.


To enter your purchase date, click the calendar icon next to the purchase date field.


Use the calendar that appears to select the purchase date. Your purchase date is printed on your invoice in the top right corner, noted with position (B) on our example invoice diagram.


Next, enter your invoice number exactly as it appears on your sales invoice. Your invoice number is printed on your invoice in the top right corner, noted with position (A) on our example invoice diagram.


The final field requires you to enter the retailer from which you purchased your product. Begin typing our name, "Big Centric," and a list of options will appear. It does not matter which of the three options you select as long as "Big Centric" is contained in the name, but for the sake of example the below image illustrates selecting the first option:


When you are satisfied the information you entered is correct, click the button marked "Next."

On this screen, you must enter the product category, model number, and serial number of all of the rebate eligible appliances contained in your purchase.


It is easiest to enter your model information in the order it is printed on your invoice. Refer to your invoice (Example) for your product's model numbers. Select the appropriate type of product in the first column, then enter the model number in the second column, and enter the serial number for that product in the third column.

Your product serial numbers are located on labels on or inside your products, and on the boxes your products arrived in. For help locating your product serial numbers, click here.


Repeat this step until you have entered every eligible product and its serial number from your invoice.



Not all products on your invoice may be eligible for this rebate. The model number field will auto-complete model numbers as you type. If the model you are attempting to enter does not appear in the list, first verify that you have typed it correctly. If it still does not appear, it is not eligible for this rebate. If you are unsure which models are eligible for this rebate, the full list of eligible models is printed on your rebate form.

Proceed only after you have entered every rebate eligible product on your invoice.


Double check all of your model and serial numbers. After you have verified that your entries are correct, click the button marked "Next" to proceed.

The next screen displays LG's rebate program terms and rules. This page is very long, and you may have to scroll down to reach the bottom.


You must check the box marked "End-user consumer purchases... etc." (1) before the system will allow you to proceed. Review the rebate rules if you wish, and then scroll down and click the button marked "Next" (2) to continue.

You may optionally check the first box marked "I would like to have my product automatically registered" if you wish. This will register your product under the name and contact information you used to create your LG account, which will speed up the service call process if you ever need to contact LG for product repairs. Checking this box does not affect your rebate application or the speed at which it is processed.

The next screen requires you to upload a proof of purchase, consisting of your sales invoice.

Online rebate applications require an electronic copy of your invoice either as a .pdf document, or as a picture. Ensure that you have one of these available. Most of our customers simply take a picture of their paper invoice with a smart phone. However, if you do not have an electronic copy of your invoice and cannot create your own, contact the store or your salesperson to have a copy provided.


Click the button marked "Choose File."


A file selection dialog box will appear. Depending on your device and operating system, it may not look exactly like the image shown below. Select the file that contains your invoice, either as a .pdf document or picture.


Ensure that the file you have selected appears next to the "Choose File" button as indicated by the red arrow. Then click "Upload Documents." There may be a delay after you click. Wait until the upload process completes.


Completion of the upload process will be indicated by your file's name appearing at the bottom of the page under "Uploaded Documentation."


Ensure that your file has been uploaded by verifying that its name has appeared where indicated by the red arrow in the image above. Then, click "Finished Uploading" to proceed.

The final screen displays confirmation of your rebate application and contains your confirmation number. Record the confirmation number and store it in a safe place. You will require this number if you need to contact LG regarding your rebate for any reason, including status updates and payment questions.


Note the estimated time allotted for rebate approval and payment. LG's Rebate Center telephone number is also listed on this screen. You may optionally print this page for your records.

Congratulations! Your rebate application is complete.

Allow up to 16 weeks for processing and payment. If there is a problem with your rebate application, the provider will contact you at the email address you provided.

If your purchase qualifies for multiple LG rebates, you may restart this procedure from the beginning to apply for additional rebates.

Apply For Your LG Rebate By Mail: Step-by-Step

The LG manufacturer's rebate promotions accept applications by mail.

You will need the following materials to complete your rebate by mail:

  • Your rebate form. If you require a copy of your rebtae form, click here for information.
  • Your product serial numbers. Serial numbers are located on or inside your appliances, or on the boxes they arrived in. Click here for help finding your serial numbers.
  • A paper copy of your invoice. Do not send your original invoice; Make a copy and retain the original for your records. If you require a replacement copy of your invoice, contact the store or your salesperson.
If you do not have these materials, STOP and obtain them. You will not be able to complete this rebate application without the materials above.

The LG rebate form requires you to fill out your contact information, product serial numbers, and requires you to sign and date at the bottom.

For your reference, the sections of an example rebate form are illustrated below:


The annotated sections correspond to the locations on our example invoice diagram.

Your product serial numbers are required to complete the form. Do not mail the form without filling out all of your appliance's serial numbers in the spaces provided. It is normal to have some fields left over that correspond to products that you did not purchase, but ensure that every applicable product you purchased is represented on the form. Missing product serial numbers will result in rejection of your rebate.

Ensure that you have filled out all of the fields on the rebate form including your full contact information as it appears on your invoice, product serial numbers, and do not forget to sign and date at the bottom. Incomplete rebate forms will be rejected by the rebate provider.


The address you fill out must match the address printed on your invoice, either the "Bill To" (C) or "Ship To" (D) addresses. Do not use any other address. Do not use a PO box address. Mismatched, incomplete, or incorrect addresses will result in rejection or non-payment.


Fill out a copy of your actual rebate form, of the program appropriate for your purchase and product. Do not attempt to mail the example form on your screen. The example on your screen is not an exact copy of the appropriate rebate form and may represent and expired program or a different program than is appropriate for your product.

You will mail the following:

  • The completed rebate form. Make a copy and retain it for your records.
  • A copy of your invoice. This is required for rebate approval.
Be sure to enclose your entire invoice with your rebate form. If it is more than one page, enclose a copy of all of the pages. Do not staple any of the pages together.


The mailing address for this rebate program is located on the rebate form, in the area illustrated below:


Use the address printed on your rebate form, not the address displayed on the example on your screen. The address on the example on your screen will be different from the actual rebate mailing address. Every rebate program has its own mailing address.

Enclose all materials and do not staple any pages together. Apply the correct postage and mail to the address printed on your rebate form.

Checking The Status Of Your LG Rebate: Step-by-Step

You may check the status of your LG rebate online easily. However, if you submitted your rebate by mail you will not be able to check the status online. You can only check the status of rebates that were originally submitted online.

You will require the following to check the status of your rebate:

  • Your email address. This is the same email address that you used to create your LG Rebate Center account.
  • Your password that you used to create your LG Rebate Center account.

After you have successfully logged in, you will be brought to a screen that looks similar to the following. Any pending rebate(s) you have will be displayed in a list in the center of the screen.


Click the button marked "View Claim" next to the rebate entry for which you require a status check.
