Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Acceptance of these terms is mandatory upon placing an order with BigCentric. These terms are binding at the time of purchase and non-negotiable.
No statement made by BigCentric or its representatives, written or otherwise, shall constitute recommendation or endorsement of any particular brand, model, or product; Nor shall constitute any guarantee of size or fit,
suitability for particular application, nor guarantee of performance or reliability. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly research any product purchased and verify size and fit and assess desired features.
BigCentric does not provide or imply any warranty or guarantee with any product; Purchaser's sole warranty, if any, is provided by the product manufacturer.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Merchandise not paid in full cannot be reserved and will will not be released under any circumstances. Refunds can only be given using the same payment method
with which they were originally paid. Refunds for cash orders will be paid via check if insufficient cash is available on hand at the time of refund. Valid government photo ID is required
for all check payments. Checks must clear before merchandise can be released. Orders cannot be paid by check and delivered or picked up on the same day; Typical clearance time is 2-3 business
days. Online payments are processed through Paypal, Inc., a third party payment processor. Additional payment terms and restrictions may be imposed by Paypal, and use of Paypal's service is
subject to their own terms and conditions not under the control of BigCentric.
BigCentric reserves the right to reject or cancel orders and payments if fraud is suspected. In any case of suspected fraud including but
not limited to use of stolen payment information, fraudulent use of delivery or billing addresses, or tampering with payment processing data, the order will be canceled
all relevant information will be immediately reported to law enforcement.
Damage and Defects:
Customer must inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery/pickup. All damage, defects, missing items, incorrect items, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/pickup. Damage, incorrect item, and shortage claims cannot be honored beyond 48 hours from the time of delivery or pick up.
Cosmetic damage to field replaceable parts does not qualify your item(s) for return.
In cases where field replaceable parts are damaged such as doors, handles, kick plates, knobs,
grates, etc., the damaged parts will be replaced by the manufacturer according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. We cannot accept returns or exchange merchandise under these conditions unless the manufacturer directs us to do so.
Repairable mechanical defects to not qualify your item(s) for return.
In cases where field repairs can be performed by the manufacturer under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, merchandise must be repaired via
in-home repair to resolve the defect, unless the manufacturer directs us otherwise. Appliances repaired by the manufacturer are still considered "as new" by manufacturer policy and remain
covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
No returns are accepted beyond 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup under any circumstances. Unused product where the packaging has not
may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery/pickup and is subject to a 20% restocking fee, based on the original retail price of the product. The customer is responsible for
transporting returned product back to the store or transportation costs incurred. Used product, or product where the packaging has been opened
requires manufacturer authorization for return.
The manufacturer's decision is final. Manufacturers may require their own inspection of product and attempt to repair damages or defects instead of authorizing a return. The manufacturer's
decision is final; BigCentric cannot accept returns of product where the manufacturer requires repair rather than return to resolve a defect or any other issue.
Items must be returned in the manufacturer's original box or packaging. Returns are not accepted without the original packaging. We strongly advise keeping the boxes and packaging for all items until you have verified that the condition, fit, and function are acceptable.
If you have opened the packaging on your returned product(s), please do not
attempt to re-tape the boxes or packaging with any kind of tape. This includes but is not limited to duct tape, painter's tape, HVAC tape, scotch tape, strapping tape, packaging tape, or any other kind of tape. Resealing your product packaging will be handled by our store personnel. Damage caused to product packaging by improper taping and subsequent removal of tape may render your product(s) inelgibile for return.
Merchandise that has been modified, disassembled, intentionally damaged, is missing model or serial number labels, parts, accessories, or documentation cannot
be returned under any circumstances. The value of any applicable rebates at the time of your order will not be refunded for any returned merchandise under an circumstances, regardless of rebate submission status.
BigCentric reserves the right to refuse return of product where the condition of the product or its packaging has been misrepresented, even if prior manufacturer approval has been granted. Do not
attempt to reseal opened product packaging with painter's tape, duct tape, HVAC tape, masking tape, strapping tape, or any other kind of tape. Repackaging, if necessary, will be handled by store personnel.
The following types of item are not returnable
once the packaging has been opened: Compact refrigerators, freezers, disposals, trash compactors, air conditioners, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, grills, appliance accessories, and parts. Defective items of the above categories are eligible for replacement only, not refund. Additionally, items marked "not returnable" cannot be returned under any circumstances. No exceptions.
The follwing product brands and types have special return policies:
Returnable within 15 days
of the date of delivery. All returns on massage chairs are subject to restocking fee of 20% of original purchase price or $500,
whichever is greater. Returned massage chairs are picked up by the manufacturer. Do not return massage chairs to the store.
Verification of measurements and product fitment is the responsibility of the customer. Returns of product due to measurement error are subject to a restocking fee, per our returns policy.
Returns must comply with our return policy, listed above. Dimension information published on our web site is provided by product manufacturers and is not the responsibility
of BigCentric. Please double check all measurements before ordering.
BigCentric uses various third party delivery companies and common carriers to facilitate delivery of product. These outside delivery
providers may impose their own terms, conditions, or policies that are not under the control of BigCentric. Delivery and installtion charges are payable directly to the
delivery company. Long distance delivery rates are set by the delivery contractor and are not under the control of BigCentric, Inc. Outside delivery providers may
independently charge additional fees for non-standard scenarios including but not limited to second floor or greater deliveries, removing doors or disassembling door
frames, clearing obstacles from the delivery path, etc. If you require additional or non-standard delivery services or have questions about this policy or potential additional costs,
please contact us for more information.
Since delivery scenarios vary widely and we cannot predict delivery issues ahead of time, it is not possible to prepay for additional
installation services via our web site. All additional delivery related labor charges must be paid for directly to the outside delivery company at the time of delivery.
BigCentric is not responsible under any circumstances for injury or damage to merchandise or property caused by any outside delivery provider. Contact information for third party delivery carriers is furnished upon request. For returns of merchandise or re-delivery to
any location, the customer is responsible for the costs of delivery.
Per our delivery partners, at the time of delivery, an adult over the age of 18 must be present at the delivery location.
If no one is present to accept the delivery or you cannot be contacted for scheduling your delivery will be canceled automatically.
Return delivery trips are subject to an additional delivery charge of the amount as the original delivery rate.
For delivery to properties with access control devices such as a key lock box or combination lock, where the customer will not be present, a waiver of liability
must be completed prior to delivery. Contact the store for more information or to obtain this waiver. Under the terms of this waiver, BigCentric and its affiliates, including delivery contractors, specifically disclaim all
liability related to this order including but not limited to: Loss of product, theft, damage to product,
damage to property, incorrect product(s) delivered, location of product(s) delivered, location within building of product(s) delivered. Customer accepts full responsibility
for the product(s) on the order. Absolutely no discounts, concessions, returns, or replacement of product will be provided related to orders left at delivery locations without
customer present. Securing product(s) in a safe location is the responsibility of the customer. Moving product(s) to their final location within the building is the responsibility of
the customer. Unboxing and inspection of product(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Return trips are subject to minimum $60 trip fee. Delivery company will not
re-dispatched to delivery location without payment of return trip fee in the event of unsuccessful delivery for any reason
, including but not limited to: Incorrect address,
incorrect lock box or entry code provided, entry into building not possible, delivery location blocked or inaccessible, or any other reason. Terms of lock box deliveries are not negotiable.
Waiver of Right to Sue: Under the terms of this waiver, customer agrees, promises and covenants that neither they, nor any person, organization,
or any other entity acting on their behalf will file, charge, claim, sue or cause or permit to be filed, charged or claimed, any action for damages or other relief (including
injunctive, declaratory, monetary relief or other) against BigCentric or any delivery affiliate involving any matter related to orders delivered when customer is not present.
Pick Up Policy:
If you do not wish to have your products delivered, orders may be picked up from our warehouse during normal business hours. Please call ahead before arriving
for pick up to ensure that your order is complete and prepared for pick up. A copy of your sales invoice, either printed or electronic, and valid government issued photo ID matching the billing information of your order is required for all merchandise
pick ups. If you are sending a third party on your behalf to pick up your order, you must inform us in writing of the name of the third party and your permission, prior to pick up. You may
authorize third party pick up via email, text message, or letter. For your security and the security of your product, verbal authorizations are not accepted. Merchandise will not be released
to any third party without direct written authorization from the customer. BigCentric is not responsible for damage to products incurred during transport, loading, or unloading. It is the
customer's responsibility to properly secure all merchandise in the vehicle. BigCentric is not responsible in any capacity for any personal injury, loss, or damage to merchandise due to improperly
secured loads, loading, or unloading; tickets, fines, or any other penalties related to improperly or unsafely secured loads; damage to vehicles or structures, injury to persons, or any other liability
arising from loading, unloading, or transport of merchandise.
Order Hold Policy:
Orders can be held without delivery for a maximum of 30 days
from the date of order completion, or 90 days from the date of your first item's arrival
at our facility, whichever is soonest. Order completion defined as arrival of all items at our facility excluding accessories and/or small parts. Due to limited warehouse space, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. Please plan your purchase accordingly. Orders with
merchandise left at our facility for longer than this period will be assessed a storage charge of $30 per item per month. If your storage period lapses and you are unreachable or storage arrangements have not been made and storage charges paid, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded less a 20% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery or reschedule a previously scheduled delivery date beyond your storage period, storage charges will be assessed as above.
Orders cancelled which contain merchandise that has been left at our facility greater than 30 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee on all such items. There is no charge for item(s) cancelled prior to arrival, or which have not yet been stored at our facility for greater than 30 days.
Pricing, Rebates, and Promos:
Product pricing is based on current manufacturer pricing and promotions. Pricing is subject to change without notice prior to purchase, and is non-negotiable. Pricing is final when you order is placed.
Price adjustments will not be made once an order is placed; either increased or decreased, due to new or ending sales, promotions, manufacturer price changes, or any other reason. Returning or cancelling and attempting to re-purchase merchandise
at a different price point is specifically prohibited. Item(s) cancelled from orders and repurchased will be resold at the original invoice price.
It is the customer's responsibility to apply by published deadlines for any eligible rebates. All inquiries regarding rebate programs must be made directly to the rebate provider. BigCentric is not your rebate processor and
does not retain any rebate filing or status information. BigCentric cannot submit rebates on behalf of a customer for any reason, per rebate processor policies. BigCentric cannot guarantee, influence, or reimburse for any rebate under any circumstances. Merchandise returned, in compliance with our return policy, forfeits the amount
of any rebate for which it was eligible for at the time of sale, regardless of rebate submission status. If applicable, refunds will be less the rebate amount.
Product Availability and Back Orders:
Product availability is quoted based on inventory information provided by the manufacturers that is updated regularly. Inventory information our site is not absolute,
and is subject to change throughout the day. BigCentric cannot guarantee availability of any product not located at our store and is not responsible for delays due to manufacturer stock, shortage or inventory error, computer error, or shipping or trucking times or delays. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
In the event of a product back order resulting in unacceptable delays, customer may cancel the order of any undelivered product without penalty. Returns of product already delivered is subject to 20% restocking fee.
Back order and availability are issues beyond the control of BigCentric; Because of this, no discounts, credits, or other concessions will be given arising from any situation involving unavailable, delayed, or back ordered product.
Advertised free installation items offer is limited to one each of standard parts from BigCentric stock per applicable appliance purchased defined as follows:
1/4" flex icemaker line for refrigerators, 3 or 4 prong 240 volt electrical cable for electric ranges and dryers, 5/8" inverted flare gas flex line for gas ranges and dryers,
3/8" dishwasher water line plus applicable 3/4" adapter elbow (select brands) for dishwashers, 4" round flex vent for dryers, 3/4" hose bib water line pair for washing machines. Offer does not
include any parts not explicitly listed above. Offer does not apply to replacement parts, repair parts, or specialty appliance parts. BigCentric is not responsible for
installation of products; Offer does not imply any installation service or that installation of any particular appliance is possible in the customer's location. This offer has
no cash value and is not refundable or transferable. No credit or refund will be given for unused, returned, or unavailable parts including any specialty parts not available
10 Year Major Component Warranty promotion, when offered, is applicable to a single appliance per purchased package only, selected by customer's choice at the time of order processing.
Warranty is fulfilled through CPS Warranties, Inc., a third party service provider, and is subject to separate terms and conditions. Warranty is applicable to parts only, not labor,
for repair of the covered appliance only up to the original value of the appliance. BigCentric is not responsible for repairs or service under this warranty. Warranty does not imply
that all appliances can be repaired in all circumstances. Repairs, service, replacement, or other remedies are at the sole discretion of CPS Warranties, Inc. and not under the control
of BigCentric. Offer has no cash value and is not refundable or transferable. No credit or refund will be given if warranty is unused, refused, or voided.

notice. In no event shall BigCentric be responsible for any delays, labor costs, transportation costs, damage, or any other incident arising from errors in product specifications published on this web site or any other source.

Disclaimer of Liability: BigCentric disclaims all express or implied warranties of merchantability, application or fitness for any particular
purpose due to having no control over how products are manufactured, installed, or used. In no event shall BigCentric be liable for any damages, financial or otherwise, arising from purchase, delivery, installation, use, or misuse of any product.
This includes but is not limited to damage to structures or items unrelated to the product, lost time or productivity, loss or theft of product, delays, labor charges, repair costs, or other
consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Such warranties, where applicable, are provided by the product manufacturer only.
BigCentric is not obligated to collect sales tax on merchandise sold and fulfilled at our Delaware store location. Buyers may be required by law in the state where they reside to report
purchases and pay use tax on their state income tax return. Compliance with state and local tax codes is the responsibility of the customer.
BigCentric does not store or collect any personally identifying information as a result of browsing our site. Personal information such as name, address, phone
number, etc. are necessary and collected during the checkout process only if you place an order with us. This information is not stored or published online. Payment information is collected
by Paypal, Inc., a third party payment processor. BigCentric.com does not store or collect any payment information in any capacity.
BigCentric does not sell or share any information you give us with any third party. We will never use your name, address, email, or phone number to advertise, cold
call, or send you spam. If you place an order with us we will use your contact information to arrange and confirm delivery or pickup (whichever is applicable) and may contact you after you
take delivery with a brief followup survey to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Certain user initiated actions may result in receiving one or more emails from us, including application for membership and/or sending yourself an appliance package link. These actions are one-time only, and result in only one email per action. Customers who sign up for email marketing will receive promotional emails, typically 1-2 per month, and this service may be canceled at any time by the customer.
We store limited personal information consisting of your name and email address and/or telephone number when you sign up for membership on our site. Membership is voluntary. Membership information is used for internal tracking purposes and also to add convenience features to our site such as pre-filling forms and storing the contents of your shopping cart. This information is not sold or shared with any third parties.
