NOTICE: LG Manfuacturer's Rebates For Purchases Made On Or After April 2025

LG's manufacturer rebate application procedure has changed as of April, 2025. Going forward, LG rebate programs require the extra step of creating an account with a login and password to apply.

If your manufacturer's rebate form directs you to apply online at www.lgoffers.com, these instructions apply to you. Rebate programs prior to April 2025 have a different set of instructions. If your purchase was made before April 2025 or your manufacturer's rebate form directs you to apply at www.lg-promos.com, the instructions below will not apply to you. See the instructions for older rebate programs here.

Important LG Rebate Information

LG offers their own rebate programs, often in addition to and concurrently with other rebate programs such as NECO. These rebate programs can explicitly be combined with rebates from other providers, but multiple LG rebate programs cannot be combined unless specifically marked as such in the terms and conditions for the rebate program (found on the rebate form).

LG manufacturer's rebates are almost always package based, and typically require the purchase of 2 to 4 kitchen appliances, or 2 to 4 laundry appliances, to qualify. Details vary from program to program and the terms are located on your rebate form. All purchases must be on the same invoice, made in the same transaction.

The LG manufacturer's rebate program accepts applications by postal mail, or online via the internet.

A valid personal email address is required to claim LG manufacturer's rebates. When your rebate is approved you will be sent an email with instructions on how to claim either a physical prepaid card by mail, or virtual prepaid card received electronically. Your action may be required after your rebate is approved to claim your payment.

LG has recently changed their rebate website and application process. If you have applied for an LG rebate in the past, the current procedure may be different from what you are used to.

LG Rebate Email Information

Important: All correspondence from the manufacturer and rebate provider regarding your rebate occurs via email. Therefore, it is vitally important that you supply a valid personal email address that you have access to, and that you will check regularly in order to recieve updates about your rebate application. Do not use a business email or email associated with any company or LLC to apply for your rebate.

Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders regularly to ensure you do not miss an important rebate update. You are responsible for maintenance of your personal email. BigCentric cannot find emails for you, read emails for you, determine when emails were sent to you, un-delete emails for you, cause the rebate provider to re-send emails to you, or manage your own personal email account in any way whatsoever.

New: Rebate Application Account Requirement

LG has made a recent change to their rebate claims process which now requires you create an account before you can apply for your rebate. This requires creating and remembering a password. If you anticipate having difficulty remembering your password, we recommend allowing your browser to store your login information for you.

Reminder: BigCentric does not have any control over your LG rebate account and cannot tell you what your password is nor help you with any account related inquires. If you experience problems with your LG account, please contact the rebate provider directly.

Apply For Your LG Rebate Online: Step-by-Step

You will require the following to complete this rebate:
  • The program code from the applicable LG manufacturer's rebate form.
  • A copy of your sales invoice in electronic form. You may use a .pdf supplied to you by our store, use your scanner to create a digital copy, or take a picture of your paper invoice or even take a picture of your screen with your smart phone.
  • The serial numbers from each eligible appliance. For information on locating your serial numbers, click here.
  • A valid email address that you have access to and check regularly. If there is an issue with your rebate, LG may communicate with you via email. Do not use a fake address, since if there is a problem with your rebate you will not be able to resolve it with LG if you cannot receive emails they may send.
  • The application process will require you to create an account (or use an existing LG rebate account), which requires you to create a password.
If you do not have these materials, STOP and obtain them. You will not be able to complete this rebate application without the materials above.

If you are missing your product serial numbers because your product has not yet been delivered, submit your rebate anyway. There is an option to tell the rebate processor that your products are still back ordered. In this case, you must still supply your product serial numbers after your product(s) become available. However, your initial rebate application must be made before the deadline.

This instruction set is for submitting your LG rebate application online.

Navigate to the web address listed on your rebate form:

You will arrive at the LG manufacturer's rebate website.


Multiple manufacturer's rebate programs may be running concurrently. You can select the correct program by:

A) Entering the program code found on your rebate form in the box provided. The offer code is typically located on the second page of the rebate form.


Enter this code in the box provided and click "submit."


B) Or, you can scroll down and click the picture that corresponds to the cover page on your rebate form.


Note that the above are examples only. Do not attempt to use the rebate program shown above. Use the program code listed on your actual rebate form, or click on the program that matches your rebate form's cover page exactly.

You will arrive at a page that should match the rebate program listed on your rebate form.


Click on the button marked "Click Here to Claim."

New: You will now be directed to log in. LG manufacturer's rebates now require you to create (or use an existing) account to apply.


If you do not already have an LG rebate account, click "Create An Account." Creating an account has no special requirements and does not cost anything.


If you already have an LG rebate account, for instance if you have applied for an LG manufacturer's rebate in the past, there is no need to create another one. Enter the email address you used and your password and log in to proceed. In this case you can skip the below steps and proceed directly to your rebate entry by clicking here.


Having trouble logging in? Can't remember your password? Use the "forgot password" link to reset your password with LG. Remember: BigCentric is not your rebate provider and we cannot recover your password or tell you what it is. Please do not call the store for password or sign in related questions because we will not be able to assist you with this. If you continue to experience difficulty you can contact the LG rebate center directly with the information located here.

Account Creation Process: If you already have an LG rebate account or have previously created your account, skip these steps. Click here to continue to the rebate application portion of the process.


Fill out the required fields. Use your personal name, and use either the billing or shipping address listed on your invoice. Never use a business or LLC name to apply for rebates. Rebates are for consumers only and are not applicable to corporations or business entities.

Important: Claiming your LG manufacturer's rebate requries a valid personal email address that you have access to and will check regularly. All correspondence with the rebate provder will occur via email. Do not under any circumstances enter a fake or nonexistent email address, one which does not belong to you or you cannot access, or an email address associated with any business or LLC.



Finalizing your account creation requires reviewing LG's terms and conditions. Click the "terms and conditions link" (1) which will unlock the check box to the left (2). Check this box, then click "Create Account" (3).


The small terms and conditions popup can be dismissed after your review by clicking "OK."


You will note that this process does not include setting a password. A preset password will be emailed to you, as outlined below.

Check your email. Your initial password has been emailed to you by the rebate provider to verify that the email address you entered was accurate and that you have access to this email. If it does not arrive within 2 minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders.

Note that the password listed above is only an example. Do not attempt to use this password; use the one found in your own email.

After account creation you will be returned to the login page. Log in with your email address and the password provided to you.

After logging in you will have to select the appropriate rebate program again. Either enter the program code as found on your rebate form:

You will be directed to the program claim page again. Note at the top that you are now signed in.


Click the "claim now" button.

This page contains an overview of the rebate program terms. Ensure that the program code displayed matches what is found on your rebate form.


Scroll down to find the fields to enter your purchase information.

This step requires some basic information about your date of purchase and place of purchase. All of this information is found on your invoice.


The relevant information is located on your invoice in the positions annotated below. If you need help understanding your invoice, click here.


Begin by selecting "Big Centric" as the retailer, with a space between "Big" and "Centric." As you type, a list of options will appear eventually resolving in only our store name. Select this.


Next, select your purchase date. When you click on this field, a calendar will appear. Your purchase date is located at position (B), in the upper right corner of your invoice. Select exactly the date of purchase that is listed on your invoice. Do not select today's date, your delivery date, or any other date or your rebate will be rejected.


Finally, enter your invoice number in the third field. Your invoice number is located in the upper right corner of your invoice at position (A). Enter this exactly as it appears on your invoice without adding any extra letters, spaces, dashes, or characters. If you enter your invoice number incorrectly your rebate may be rejected.

Scroll down to the following fields, which require you to enter the model number, serial number, and price information for all qualifying items on your order.

Most of this information is located on your invoice. Your product serial numbers are located on your appliances themselves. If you need assistance locating the serial numbers on your products, click here for detailed instructions.


Begin with the model number of the first qualifying product on your invoice. This is located at position (E). As you type, a list will appear suggesting recommended matches. Select exactly the full model number that appears on your invoice. Do not select "similar" models. The model number must match exactly or your rebate will be rejected. If the model you are typing does not appear in the list, it does not qualify for this rebate. This is normal if you also purchased products in the same transaction that are not from the LG brand. You may skip any models that do not qualify, and the full list of qualifying models is located on your rebate form.


Next, enter your purchase price for this item as well as the serial number in the fields provided.


The values above are examples only. Do not enter the numbers listed in this example; use the model number, price, and serial number from your product and invoice.

If you have not yet taken delivery of a particular item due to back orders or delayed delivery, under the question "Have you received your product?" select "No." Only do this if you have not taken physical possession of your product(s). You will have to return to the rebate website once you take possession of your product(s) to provide the serial number(s).


After you have entered all of the information for the first qualifying item on your purchase, click the button marked "Add Product To List." The product information will then appear below under "Currently Selected Items," and the fields will clear allowing you to add additional items.

LG manufacturer's rebates are package based, and require the purchase of multiple products to qualify. You must enter the information for all of the qualifying products in your purchase or you will not receive your rebate.

Repeat the above steps to enter all of the information for all of the qualifying items contained in your purchase.

Proceed only after you have entered the information for all of the qualifying items contained in your purchase. These will be listed below in their entirety, as in this example:

Scroll down to the "Proof of Purchase" section. This section requires you to upload an image or .pdf document of your invoice.

You must provide a copy of your final paid invoice. If you have made any changes or additions to your order, you must provide a copy of your most recent invoice revision. Your invoice must show that it is paid in full, otherwise your rebate will be rejected. If you were provided an unpaid or partially paid preliminary invoice as part of your order, do not submit this document but instead obtain a fully paid version from your salesperson after you have paid your balance.

Click the "Select" button.


Choose the file containing your invoice or picture of your invoice. The method will vary based on your device or operating system.

If you order was placed online or over the telephone, you were sent a copy of your invoice via email. If you purchased in the store, you will have a paper copy of your invoice and you can take a picture of it. If you need a copy of your invoice sent to you, contact your salesperson for assistance.


Once uploaded, the file name of the document will appear in the area indicated.


When you have finished, click "Submit."

You will be presented with this verification message reminding you to check that you have entered all qualifying products and uploaded all required documentation.


When you are sure, press "Yes" to proceed.

This claim submitted message verifies that your rebate claim has been saved.


Record the claim ID number provided and click "OK."

This final page will show you the details of your rebate application as you entered them. This is provided for your review and information only and does not require any additional data entry.


You will also receive email confirmation of your rebate application.

Allow up to 16 weeks for processing and payment. Be on the lookout for updates via email. If there is a problem with your rebate application, the provider will contact you at the email address you provided.

Apply For Your LG Rebate By Mail: Step-by-Step

Some LG manufacturer's rebate offers can also be claimed by mail. Check your rebate form for details. Not all programs can be claimed by mail and some can only be claimed online.

You will need the following materials to complete your rebate by mail:

  • Your rebate form. If you require a copy of your rebtae form, click here for information.
  • Your product serial numbers. Serial numbers are located on or inside your appliances, or on the boxes they arrived in. Click here for help finding your serial numbers.
  • A paper copy of your invoice. Do not send your original invoice; Make a copy and retain the original for your records. If you require a replacement copy of your invoice, contact the store or your salesperson.
If you do not have these materials, STOP and obtain them. You will not be able to complete this rebate application without the materials above.

The LG rebate form requires you to fill out your contact information, product serial numbers, and requires you to sign and date at the bottom.

For your reference, the sections of an example rebate form are illustrated below:


The annotated sections correspond to the locations on our example invoice diagram.

Your product serial numbers are required to complete the form. Do not mail the form without filling out all of your appliance's serial numbers in the spaces provided. It is normal to have some fields left over that correspond to products that you did not purchase, but ensure that every applicable product you purchased is represented on the form. Missing product serial numbers will result in rejection of your rebate.

Ensure that you have filled out all of the fields on the rebate form including your full contact information as it appears on your invoice, product serial numbers, and do not forget to sign and date at the bottom. Incomplete rebate forms will be rejected by the rebate provider.


The address you fill out must match the address printed on your invoice, either the "Bill To" (C) or "Ship To" (D) addresses. Do not use any other address. Do not use a PO box address. Mismatched, incomplete, or incorrect addresses will result in rejection or non-payment.


Fill out a copy of your actual rebate form, of the program appropriate for your purchase and product. Do not attempt to mail the example form on your screen. The example on your screen is not an exact copy of the appropriate rebate form and may represent and expired program or a different program than is appropriate for your product.

You will mail the following:

  • The completed rebate form. Make a copy and retain it for your records.
  • A copy of your invoice. This is required for rebate approval.
Be sure to enclose your entire invoice with your rebate form. If it is more than one page, enclose a copy of all of the pages. Do not staple any of the pages together.


The mailing address for this rebate program is located on the rebate form, in the area illustrated below:


Use the address printed on your rebate form, not the address displayed on the example on your screen. The address on the example on your screen will be different from the actual rebate mailing address. Every rebate program has its own mailing address.

Enclose all materials and do not staple any pages together. Apply the correct postage and mail to the address printed on your rebate form.

Checking The Status Of Your LG Rebate: Step-by-Step

You may check the status of your LG rebate online easily. However, if you submitted your rebate by mail you will not be able to check the status online. You can only check the status of rebates that were originally submitted online.

You will require the following to check the status of your rebate:

  • Your email address that you provided when you applied for your rebate.
  • Your account password as it was provided to you when your account was created, or your own password if you subsequently changed it.
  • Your rebate form containing the web address (URL) for your rebate.
