KitchenAid 27" Single Wall Oven with True Convection and Probe
This model is discontinued and is no longer available. The following information is provided for reference purposes only.
This 27" wall oven features a 4.3 cubic foot capacity and true convection with KitchenAid's Even-Heat system. Built with uncompromising quality and professional looks, this model is the ideal addition to your kitchen and can be combined with KitchenAid built in warming drawers and microwaves.
Even-Heat ensures that all of the interior of your oven is heated to the correct temperature. Intelligent preheating is sensor based and alerts you only when the walls, interior, and racks of the oven are truly to temperature -- it's not just a timer that beeps when the oven "should" be preheated. This system even compensates for hot air escaping when you open the oven door. The Even-Heat true convection system utilizes a European style heating element behind the convection fan, circulated through a unique bow-tie shaped vent. This ensures even distribution of heat inside the oven for perfect baking and roasting without hot and cold spots. A temperature probe is provided so you can measure your food's internal temperature with a readout right on the control panel, without having to open the door.
EasyConvect convection conversion on this model can automatically adjust cooking times and temperatures for traditional recipes to their convection equivalents. The electronic touch controls with control lock are designed to be easy to use, with an intuitive left-to-right layout that makes managing your oven settings logical.
For easy loading and unloading, this model features a SatinGlide extending oven rack that can handle heavy items, even when fully extended. A high-heat self cleaning mode is also provided for effortless removal of spills and splatters inside your oven.
