This 30" wide double wall oven by KitchenAid sports Even-Heat true convection in both ovens plus a temperature probe in both ovens as well. This unique true convection system utilizes a heating element behind the convection fan along with a bow-tie shaped convection vent that ensures even distribution of hot air inside for optimum baking results. The included temperature probes can be used to monitor the internal temperatures of your food right on the oven display, without the need to open the door.
KitchenAid's EasyConvect conversion system takes the guesswork out of convection cooking by automatically converting cooking times and temperatures from traditional recipes to their convection equivalents.
Even-Heat Preheat helps remove cold spots to help ensure even baking because the entire oven, including the walls and racks, are heated to the correct temperature. Intelligent preheating even compensates for opening the door, keeping your oven's internal temperature consistent.
SatinGlide rolling extension racks in both ovens smoothly extend and remain stable even when extended and fully loaded. These make loading even heavy items into both ovens easy.
KitchenAid's FIT system ensures that this oven can be made to fit your space with a series of included adapters that allow adjustment for a wide array of cabinet cutout sizes. KitchenAid warrants that this oven will fit your existing cabinet when replacing a similarly sized oven with a rebate of up to $250 to cover cabinet modification.
The available high temperature self cleaning mode uses high temperature to power off soils inside the oven, requiring only a quick wipe down at the end of the cycle.
