At BigCentric, we are taking the current COVID-19 situation and the safety of our customers seriously. For sanitary purposes, restrictions are in place in our store: A mandatory social distance separation of 6 feet must be observed at all times, we must limit the number of occupants in our showroom, and self-service shopping and product demonstrations including massage chairs are suspended until further notice. Again, anyone entering the store must wear a face covering per Delaware law.

Stock shortages will exist for many types of products due to temporary factory closures, supply chain shutdowns, and other factors related to the current COVID crisis. Please note that there may be a longer than usual led time for certain types of products: Especially refrigeration, freezers, and laundry products.

Important NECO Rebate Information

NECO is the most common rebate provider for products sold at our store.

NECO rebates cover a wide variety of brands; They are not restricted to a single brand. However, most individual NECO rebate programs are brand specific.

NECO rebate applications must be submitted online. Applications by mail are not accepted.

Applications under a business name, using a post office box, or using a business related email address are not accepted.

Important: Take pictures of the serial number labels on your products for your records -- not the serial number labels on the boxes. If there is an issue with your NECO rebate application, you may be required to provide proof of your product serial numbers. This is especially important if you will not have access to your appliances in the future, e.g. if they are in a rental property or property you have sold.
Submissions Under Business Name, PO Boxes Prohibited

Important:

NECO rebates apply to individual consumers only. The conditions of all NECO rebate programs specifically prohibit applications under a business name, or to a post office box, and exclude builders, contractors, apartment owners, and commercial purchases.


All NECO rebate applications must be made under a personal name, with personal contact information. Do not under any circumstances submit a rebate under a business name. A business name must not appear anywhere on your invoice or application. Your rebate application will be rejected by the rebate processor without recourse.

Do not under any circumstances provide a PO box address during any part of the rebate application process. Your rebate application will be rejected by the rebate processor without recourse.

Furthermore, our customers have experienced rebate rejections when using email addresses that appear to belong to a business. Use a personal email address for your NECO rebate application only. Do not use your work email address. In particular, do not use any email address containing the terms "construction," "contracting," "builders," "LLC," "realty," "realtor," or any other terms that may be interpereted to imply any commercial interest in your purchase. If you do not have a personal email address, we advise creating one at any of the numerous free email providers: Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.

These policies are not under the control of BigCentric and cannot be modified or waived in any way. If your rebate application is denied for this reason BigCentric cannot offer any recourse or reimbursement.
NECO Rebate Email Information

Important:

Action is required on your part beyond submitting your rebate application for all NECO rebates. Read this section carefully.


Once your NECO rebate(s) are approved, payment is not automatic. You will receive an email at the address you provided with your application containing instructions on how to receive your payment card. You may choose either a virtual card which you may spend online and receive instantly, or a physical card which you may spend online or in stores and will receive via mail.

Therefore, it is vitally important that you supply a valid personal email address that you have access to and check often with your NECO rebate application. You must follow the instructions that appear in this email to receive your payment. This action is time senstive, and must be completed within 60 days of rebate approval. Do not use a business related email address!

The email is sent from the address "notification@prepaiddigitalsolutions.com."

The email has the subject line "Your NECO Reward Has Arrived!"

This may appear to be a junk or spam email. It is not. Do not delete or discard this email. Also check your spam folders, since sometimes payment emails are incorrectly marked as "spam" by various email programs.

If you have lost or deleted this email, you may have it re-sent by contacting NECO. Do not contact the store regarding payment emails or rebate status. BigCentric is not your rebate provider and cannot resend payment emails or provide payment for this or any mail-in rebate. Click here for contact information.

Apply For Your NECO Rebate Online: Step-by-Step

You will require the following to complete this rebate:
  • A copy of your sales invoice in electronic form. You may use a .pdf supplied to you by our store, use your scanner to create a digital copy, or take a picture of your paper invoice or even take a picture of your screen with your smart phone.
  • The serial numbers from each eligible appliance. For information on locating your serial numbers, click here.
  • A valid personal email address that you have access to and check regularly. NECO rebates cannot be completed without an email address. Do not use a fake address, since there is email correspondence required with the rebate provider before your payment will be sent. Do not use a business email address, as there is a significant risk that your rebate application will be denied if NECO suspects your purchase was made by a builder, contractor, or commercial interest.
If you do not have these materials, STOP and obtain them. You will not be able to complete this rebate application without the materials above.

If you are missing your product serial numbers because your product has not yet been delivered, submit your rebate anyway. There is an option to tell the rebate processor that your products are still back ordered. In this case, you must still supply your product serial numbers after your product(s) become available. However, your initial rebate application must be made before the deadline.

Navigate to the web address listed on your rebate form. The landing page will appear as shown below.


When you are ready to begin your rebate, click on "Start your claim."

The next screen is a listing of the materials you will require for your rebate. All of the items listed except for your product serial numbers can be found on your sales invoice. For help understanding your sales invoice, click here.


There is a short instructional video supplied by the rebate provider which you may watch if you wish. However, this is optional.

When you are ready to move on, click "Continue."

This screen requires you to attach an electronic copy of your sales invoice to the rebate provider.


Click the button marked "upload." You will receive a file selection dialog box. The appearance of this box will vary depending on your device and operating system, and may not look exactly like the image below:


Select the file containing either an image or picture of your invoice, or .pdf document containing your invoice provided to you by your store. NECO will accept any legible picture of your invoice in a variety of common file formats; Most of our customers simply take a picture of their paper invoice with a smart phone.


After you have selected the file containing your invoice, ensure that it appears in the preview box as marked and is legible (1). Then click "Continue" (2).

This screen requires you to enter the model, serial number, and price for each eligible appliance from your purchase.

You may have some appliances on your purchase that do not qualify for this rebate. Not all appliance models and types qualify for rebates. The NECO rebate entry system will offer to auto-complete model numbers for you as you type. If the model number you are typing does not appear in the list as you enter it, that model is not eligible for this rebate.


If you are not sure which models are eligible for this rebate, the full list of eligible models is listed on the rebate form.


As you begin to type in your model numbers, qualifying models will begin to appear in a list below the text box. Click the correct model once it appears. You must click to select the corresponding model from the list; If you omit this step, the NECO web site will not correctly process your application.

If you are missing your product serial numbers because your product has not yet been delivered, check the box marked "I don't have my serial number." Remember that once your product(s) are available, you must return to the NECO rebate web page and supply your product(s) serial numbers.


Begin with the first item on your invoice. Enter the model number and price as printed on your invoice. Note how the model numbers and price information correspond to the locations on your invoice using our sample invoice below:

Your serial numbers are located on your appliances and on the boxes your appliances arrived in. For help locating product serial numbers, click here.

Completely and accurately fill out all three fields for the first item on your invoice.

If you have purchased multiple items, click the plus sign marked "Add another item" to add the information for the next item on your invoice.


If you click "Add another item" too many times, you can remove an item from your rebate entry by clicking the red X above and to the right of that item's entry area.


Repeat this process for every rebate eligible item on your invoice. Move on to the next step only after you have entered all of the rebate eligible items, their serial numbers, and their prices.

Move on to this step only after you have entered every rebate eligible item in the previous step. Scroll down to the purchase information area at the bottom of the page.


This rebate requires you to enter the name of the dealer from which you purchased your appliances. Simply enter our ZIP code, 19809 into the first box. A list will appear showing BigCentric as the only eligible dealer.

Your dealer information is found at the top left corner of your invoice. Do not enter any dealer other than BigCentric if you purchased your appliances from us; Entering the incorrect dealer will result in rejection of your rebate application.



Move on to the purchase date box next. Enter your purchase date, as printed on your invoice in the upper right corner. Do not enter your delivery date or quote date. The purchase date you enter must match what is printed on your invoice or your rebate application will be rejected.

When you click on this box, a calendar will appear which will help you select your purchase date.


Move on to the invoice number box next. Type in your invoice number exactly as it is printed in the upper right corner of your invoice.

Double check your entry of your invoice number before you proceed. Your invoice number as entered must match exactly the number printed on your invoice. Incorrect entry of your invoice number will result in rejection of your rebate application.



Click the button marked "continue" when you are finished.

The next screen shows your automatically calculated rebate amount.


If the displayed amount does not match the amount you expected:

Scroll back up and verify that you correctly entered all of the rebate eligible items on your invoice as well as their full serial numbers and purchase prices as listed on your invoice.

If the eligible rebate amount shown to you is zero, the most common cause is that you did not click on each model number after entry, and simply typed the full model number. This appears to be an error in the NECO rebate web site that is unresolved at this time. Scroll back up and re-enter your model numbers, but be sure to click on each model number in the list that appears as you type.


If more than one box showing more than one amount is shown:

This means your purchase qualifies for more than one NECO rebate. Select the first amount and proceed. You will have to return and enter your item information again to apply for additional rebates, but on subsequent entries you will select the second or third box as appropriate.

If the amount displayed matches the amount you expected:

Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.

The next screen requires you to enter your contact and mailing information.


Enter your contact information as it is printed on either the "Bill To" or "Ship To" areas on your invoice. Do not enter any other address. The address you use must appear on your invoice. Do not enter a business name as any part of your contact information. PO box addresses are not accepted. Entering an invalid address or address that does not appear printed on your invoice will result in rejection of your rebate application.

You must enter a valid personal email address that you have access to and check regularly. Do not use a business email address. Payment of your NECO rebate requires email correspondence and additional action on your part. Do not enter a fake or inaccessible email address or you will not be able to receive your payment. Billing and shipping information is printed in the center top of your invoice, marked at positions (C) and (D) on our example invoice.

When you have finished, click the button marked "Continue."

The next screen confirms your calculated rebate amount and contains a reminder that action is required on your part via email to receive your payment.


You may optionally uncheck the box marked "I want to receive future communications from NECO Alliance." This does not affect your rebate approval, and you will still receive one email communication when your rebate is approved.

Click "Continue" to proceed.

The next screen contains an optional survey.


You may complete the survey if you desire, or skip it if you don't wish to answer. Your answers in the survey, if any, will not affect your rebate application or the speed with which it is processed. BigCentric does not see your responses to this survey.

Click "Continue" to proceed.

This screen contains NECO's rebate application terms and conditions. You may read these if you desire.

NECO Alliance is a third party rebate provider and is not a division or affiliate of BigCentric, Inc. NECO imposes their own terms and conditions on rebate entries as printed on their own application web site that are not under the control of BigCentric. This screen is the last chance to verify that you have provided the correct email address with your rebate application.


Acceptance of NECO's terms and conditions is mandatory to submit your rebate application. Check the box marked "I agree to the terms and conditions" (1) and "privacy policy" (1) and then click "Continue" (2) to proceed.

The final screen displays a confirmation if your rebate application was successfully submitted.


Your claim number is shown on this screen. Print or write down your claim number and store it in a safe place. This number is required to identify your rebate application if you need to contact NECO for any reason, including status updates.

Processing of your rebate may take up to 16 weeks. Application for this rebate is not a guarantee of payment; Rebates must still be processed and approved by the rebate provider and are subject to the provider's terms and conditions as listed on the rebate form and application web site.

Checking The Status Of Your NECO Rebate: Step-by-Step

You may check the status of your NECO rebate online easily. You will require the following to check the status of your rebate:

  • Your claim number. You obtain this when you complete your initial rebate application. If you have lost your claim number, check your email. It is automatically emailed to you at the email address you provided during your rebate application.
  • Your email address as entered on your rebate application.

Enter your rebate claim number (1) and email address (2) into the fields provided, and then click "Search" (3).
